Through the Sites: We may collect Personal Information through the Sites, e.g., when you sign up for a newsletter or make a purchase.

Your personal data will be processed by ICAN both within and outside HKSAR, primarily for the purpose of completing your booking, providing you with the products and services that you have ordered, and for customer service and marketing activities. Because our servers are located in HK, our sales teams are based in local HK offices, and the schools where the students choose to take the classes globally, we may share your personal data with our corporate affiliates, claims handlers and business partners both within and outside the HKSAR. The business partners that we share information with are only such that need access to the Personal Information to process the order that you have placed on the Sites, such as transportation assistance, accommodation, or schools, and they will only receive the information necessary for that purpose. No business partner will receive your Personal Information for their own marketing purposes. Please note that the claims handlers and business partners may change from time to time. ICAN processes your personal data in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection legislation. By using our Sites, you acknowledge and consent to these potential transfers. You should be aware that many countries outside HK do not afford the same legal protections to personal information as countries within HK. Transfers will be made in accordance with the applicable legislation and we will take all necessary measures to ensure that third parties involved will provide an adequate level of protection. Any future hosting/processing organisation that we use in relation to the Sites will be required to do the same.

3. Information about a friend

If you wish to send a digital postcard or tell a friend about a particular program, we will ask for the recipient’s name, email address and phone number. The information provided will only be used to confirm message delivery and it will not be shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to confirm that message.

The information you provide to create a message is only used for that purpose and it is only disclosed to the recipient.

4. Information about all visitors of

For the protection of children’s privacy, we require parental consent from users under the age of 18 who wish to make a reservation for a course.

Personal information collected by is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public.

9. Areas not covered by this private policy

Personal information that you provide through chat sessions or email exchanges are not covered by this Privacy Policy. We will protect your privacy to the best of our ability by monitoring the sessions, but please keep in mind that you control the information you disclose when you are in a public forum. You should always be careful when distributing your personal information in this manner.
